This weekend I was able to spend time working in my studio. I worked on a commission and some other 8"x 10" watercolor paintings of some horses I have worked with at Camp Baldwin.
This is a 2 hour study I did for a commission. My idea for the composition is a little different then the bride might have had in mind, so I'm having this "sketch" approved before I work on the 16" x 20" watercolor painting. It is going to be a one year wedding anniversary present, so if you know about them, then "mum's the word."
I'm going to let these two paintings sit for a little bit before I deem them finished.
